How It Works
1. Add the refill service to your cart and complete checkout.
2. Email us at info@themirroredessence.com to arrange your drop-off or pick-up time.
3. We’ll refill your clean, empty candle vessel with the same care and craftsmanship as our original products.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Guidelines
• Drop-Off Time: Within 7 days of checkout.
• Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your vessel is received for the refill to be completed.
• Pick-Up Time: We will notify you when your refill is ready for pick-up.
