All of our products undergo thorough inspection before shipping. Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for returns initiated beyond 30 days from the original purchase date.
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Once a candle has been burned, it is no longer eligible for return.
- To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received for a full refund.
- In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
- A photo of the damaged product(s) and/or packaging is required.
- Please provide clear details of any damage or defects.
- We will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, with shipping covered for replacements.
- Do not burn any defective product. Used or burned products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
